As if the President’s son could not be the center of any more swirling controversy, news broke Tuesday that Hunter Biden used the n-word on multiple occasions in text messages obtained by Daily Mail to his white lawyer.
The messages, which include remarks such as “‘I only love you because you’re black” and “nig-a you better not be charging me Hennessy rates,” have predictably been ignored by corporate media who are typically more than eager to report on lesser-known individuals’ use of the same racial slur. For “journalists,” Hunter receives a pass on these same transgressions while others are canceled or repudiated to no end.
This is obviously not the first time corrupt media outlets have turned a blind eye to Hunter. While many outlets such as The Federalist and The New York Post covered everything from the Biden son’s emails, conflict of interest with Burisma Holdings, ongoing federal investigations he is under, and more, corporate outlets have unjustly exhibited a great deal of silence on issues that matter — viewing him as an obstacle necessary to bypass so the president can appear flawless.
Instead of fair coverage, The New York Times publishes stories like “Hunter Biden’s Memoir: 7 Takeaways From ‘Beautiful Things” or “New York Post Published Hunter Biden Report Amid Newsroom Doubts,” fawning, romanticizing, and protecting him from any wrongdoing at all costs.
The Washington Post is no better. WaPo fact-checking czar Glenn Kessler is on a constant hunt to negate reporting that poses a conflict to the president and his relationship with Burisma executive Vadym Pozharskyi. Over at Buzzfeed News, story after story is steeped in Hunter protectionism and disinformation, like this one that claimed the Biden emails were “stolen.”
But what happens when someone expendable says the wrong thing? Simple. If you are not Hunter Biden or some other individual with the backing of leftist, corporate America, one thing is quite clear. The mob will protect you just as it targets those who commit comparable offenses.
Take country artist Morgan Wallen. Wallen was caught by TMZ using the n-word to a friend outside of a bar,
