Andy Ngo, editor-at-large at The Post Millennial and a reporter who frequently covers Antifa violence, announced over the weekend he was banned from the music-streaming service SoundCloud.

Ngo was told he “violated” SoundCloud’s terms of service even though the last time he uploaded a podcast episode was more than one year ago. His podcast, “Things You Should Ngo,” is no longer listed on the platform.

“@SoundCloud has permanently banned me & my podcast @YouShouldNgo,” the writer tweeted. “In an email, it says I violated its community guidelines without naming the alleged offending content. Guests have included @RubinReport, @DouglasKMurray & @jordanbpeterson. cc @SCsupport.”

SoundCloud’s terms state that no content can be “abusive, libelous, defamatory, pornographic or obscene, that promotes or incites violence, terrorism, illegal acts, or hatred on the grounds of race, ethnicity, cultural identity, religious belief, disability, gender, identity or sexual orientation, or is otherwise objectionable in SoundCloud’s reasonable discretion.”

Ngo frequently interviewed renowned academics and thinkers, and the platform did not detail how his podcast violated any of the above terms.

“We take the security of our community very seriously,” SoundCloud reportedly wrote in an email to Ngo. “We hope that you can understand that SoundCloud is a place for people to share content which respects our Terms of Use and Community Guidelines.”

“Big Tech is not nonpartisan nor neutral,” Ngo told Fox News. “But at the least, paying clients like myself on SoundCloud should know exactly what content they’ve uploaded that is so egregious that it merits permanent suspension. I’m scratching my head over what they could find so objectionable about interviews with professors and mainstream figures.”

Ngo has emerged as a prominent reporter covering Antifa violence in Portland, Oregon. His book “Unmasked: Inside Antifa’s Radical Plan to Destroy Democracy” was on a New York Times best-seller list and is ranked No. 1 on Amazon
