House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (Delusional-CA) announced her picks today to serve on the “Select Committee” she had to look into the Capitol riot.
No Republican should have agreed to serve on the Committee as one of her appointees, because it’s already more than clear that it isn’t about finding out “truth,” it’s about what all Democratic investigations have been about: How can we find a way to bash Republicans? And they want to do it in the run-up to the elections in 2022 which are likely to go very badly for them as more and more Americans absorb all the bad things that happen when the Biden team and the Democrats have complete power.
There are already multiple investigations going on into the riot, with the FBI even going after grandmothers who walked into the building in the process.
So this effort by Pelosi has very little to do with justice, and everything to do with politics.
What kind of Republican would agree to serve on such a committee? Three guesses.
I won’t leave you in suspense any longer. Here’s Pelosi’s announcement as to the members of the Committee, naming Rep. Liz Cheney (R-WY) to it. She was one of two Republicans to vote in favor of the Committee, to begin with.

Here are some of the other folks including the execrable Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) and the House Impeachment manager Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-RI), so you already know how partisan these characters are. All the people Pelosi thinks she can control to her aims.

Does anyone think this has anything to do with justice, or that it will be fair or honest? I wouldn’t think so. It’s going to be a bash fest, with all kinds of things being slung and made up, just like every other thing they’ve done.
